Event Content Strategy Manager
Panorama Education
About Panorama: Panorama Education is a technology company building the leading platform for student insight and action in K-12. We help modern school systems understand what students need and take effective action. By bringing together academics, attendance, behavior, and engagement data with AI, we give educators the full picture of every student and the intelligence to decide what to do next. As a mission-driven company supporting 15 million students in 2,000 districts nationwide, the work we do has a direct line to student outcomes every day. Join us and help shape what education looks like for the next generation. About the Role: Panorama is looking for an Event Content Strategy Manager to drive the execution of presentation content across our in-person and virtual event portfolio. Sitting on our Brand team, this role will shape how K-12 district and state leaders experience the Panorama brand at conferences, customer events, summits, and webinars. You will own end-to-end development of event content, from initial concept through final presentation execution. You’ll develop everything from keynote presentations and roundtable panels to session abstracts and speaker prep materials, ensuring the delivery of first-class, valuable event content that reflects the real priorities of district/state education leaders, amplifies customer stories, and positions Panorama as a trusted partner in improving student outcomes. This is not a role for someone who repurposes existing content and calls it done. We're looking for a strategic content manager who brings a genuine point of view on what K-12 leaders need to hear right now—and who can translate Panorama's thought leadership positioning into event programming that feels fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve. You'll set a high bar for event content quality while building repeatable systems that scale across a high-volume event strategy.
Job Requirements
- Own the content development and execution for Panorama’s events across industry conferences, customer meet-ups, virtual events/webinars, as well as for other thought leadership content and presentation opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Develop high-quality presentation content and keynotes that advance Panorama’s priorities, campaigns, and thought leadership strategy
- Manage conference speaking proposals, including developing session titles, abstracts, learning objectives, and supporting materials
- Tailor content strategy to the specific audience at each conference or event—recognizing, for example, that what resonates with a room of superintendents and state chiefs differs meaningfully from what lands with district curriculum leaders
- Identify, build, and maintain a strong pipeline of internal speakers and customer speakers; prepare speakers with talk tracks, messaging guidance, and presentation coaching
- Work hand-in-hand with the Event Marketing team to coordinate on speaking submissions and presentations, timelines, and event logistics—developing shared rhythms and staying ahead of the events calendar
- Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and customer-facing teams to source stories and customer narratives, and align content to broader marketing objectives and/or product launches
- Partner closely with executives, senior subject matter experts, and customers to develop and shape ideas, translating their expertise into polished, engaging event content
- Establish scalable event content templates and best practices to drive efficiency and strengthen consistency across events
- Develop streamlined processes and SLAs for content development, review cycles, and approvals to create clarity for stakeholders and protect quality at every stage
- Uphold high standards for narrative cohesion, audience relevance, and visual quality
- Evaluate event content performance and gather feedback to continuously improve programming
- What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in event content development, content marketing, or a related field
- Deep familiarity with K-12 education; experience working in education at the school, district, or state level strongly preferred—this context is essential to developing content that genuinely resonates with the leaders we serve
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates polished presentation content across formats (webinars, workshops, executive keynotes, conference sessions). Please share presentation samples in the application.
- A strong point of view on storytelling and the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives that resonate with education leaders and educators
- Strong visual storytelling instincts, with experience shaping slide design and partnering with designers to create clean, impactful presentations
- Experience sourcing, preparing, and managing internal and external speakers, including customers
- Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and executives with strong presence and professional judgment
- Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly; you take direction well, incorporate input without ego, and produce stronger work because of it
- Outstanding organization and project management skills; experience managing multiple content workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- Familiar with and actively using AI tools to support content and presentation development
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect content decisions to brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration
Benefits
- Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 USD // Annually.
- Our salary is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonuses or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
- US Only:
- 401K with an employer match
- Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability coverage.
- Flexible spending account for health care and dependent care
- Wellness Reimbursement
- Work from Home Reimbursement
