Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking a Senior Estimator to play a key role in the estimating team, providing guidance and expertise on complex projects. The role will include overseeing the maintenance and utilization of estimating databases, as well as leading the estimate planning and process for high-profile projects. The role will conduct detailed quantity takeoff development and assess delivery resource and productivity factors to ensure accurate and efficient estimates. Experience - Typically, a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in estimating or related field. - Proficient experience in detailing a work breakdown structure and performing construction schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6. - Field experience as a Construction Manager, Field Project Manager, Superintendent, Foreman, or Resident Project Representative either for an engineering or contracting firm. - Experience in developing software-based construction schedules.
