About the role Description inquirED is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to support school districts in bringing inquiry-based social studies to life in classrooms. In this role, you’ll partner with district leaders, school administrators, and teachers to implement high-quality instructional materials, deliver engaging professional learning, and drive strong adoption across schools. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys working across levels – from collaborating with district leaders to supporting teachers in the day-to-day realities of classroom practice. You’ll work closely with the Strategic Implementation Lead and district Implementation Leaders to execute implementation plans, monitor progress, and provide the hands-on support that helps turn vision into meaningful classroom impact. Responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to: Support Implementation in Schools & Districts - Partner with district and school leaders to execute implementation plans co-developed with internal partners and district leadership - Provide on-the-ground support through classroom walkthroughs, coaching, modeling, co-teaching, and PLC facilitation Design, Deliver, & Coordinate Professional Learning - Facilitate engaging, high-quality professional development for teachers and leaders (in-person and virtual) - Customize training to meet district needs and connect directly to classroom practice - Coordinate seamless execution of all professional learning experiences, including logistics, materials, and communication Use Data to Drive Impact - Analyze implementation data (usage, feedback, observations) to inform next steps - Collaborate with internal and district partners to continuously improve outcomes Build Strong Partnerships - Develop trusted relationships with educators and leaders across multiple districts - Provide ongoing support through coaching, communication, and problem-solving Develop District-Aligned Implementation Resources - Create and refine district-specific tools (e.g., pacing guides, crosswalks with instructional frameworks, etc.) that support strong implementation - Ensure resources align to district goals, standards, and the overall implementation plan - Collaborate with district leaders and internal team members to deliver high-quality resources on time Requirements - Knowledge of/experience with inquiry-based learning - Teaching and/or educational leadership experience - Experience creating curriculum documentation, such as pacing guides, standards correlation, etc. - Expertise in adult learning theory, as well as facilitating presentations and training - Data-driven and logistically minded - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Thrives in ambiguity - Travel required Why Work For Us - Health & 401K: Employee-covered health care and retirement match - Flexible PTO & Company Closures: Flexible PTO and 12+ observed days off. - Chances to Connect: Biannual company retreats and optional local meetups - Remote Opportunities: Most positions are remote, supporting work-from-home flexibility - Perks and Stipend: Technology package provided, plus a home office stipend - Learning and Development: Educational and development opportunities, monthly Brunch and Learns, and more!
