Job Requirements

  • Who You Are:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or related fields, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong grasp of CMYK color management and print-ready file preparation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visuals with minimal revisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback while maintaining a high standard of work.

Become a part of our caring community The Senior Conversational Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience across Humana’s conversational interfaces. This person will partner to set the strategy, design systems, and hands‑on lead the migration and innovation of our experiences in Google Cloud (Dialogflow CX)—in partnership with product, engineering, data, and operations.
