• Provide ongoing support to internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams • Research and respond to lead time and ETA requests submitted through internal applications • Identify where items were ordered, including reviewing purchase orders and sourcing details • Utilize order management systems to research order history and status • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners through written and verbal communication • Follow established processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely responses • Manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus, attention to detail, and appropriate urgency
