Role Description Logic of English is a growing educational publisher. We are looking for an Education Partnership Specialist to join our team and support our customers as they navigate funding options and programs in their state. This individual will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key community organizations, vendor platforms, and state agencies to ensure the successful delivery and support of our products within various state-specific educational programs, such as Education Savings Accounts (ESA). This role acts as the primary liaison for operational and compliance matters connected to state-level programs, while providing essential support and up-to-date information to both external partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in supporting and monitoring state-level program requirements, excels at learning and developing new processes to meet changing requirements, is an excellent communicator, and demonstrates flexibility and professional judgment. This role lives within the Customer Success Department and reports to the Director of Customer Success. This position includes a 90-day introductory period during which performance and suitability for the role will be evaluated. Qualifications - Previous experience in navigating, launching, and working with ESA programs and state-specific fund administration programs across multiple states. - Strong understanding of state program compliance, reimbursement, and payment workflows. - Strong understanding of state-specific fund administration platforms such as ClassWallet and Odyssey. - Demonstrated ability to independently manage and drive complex application and approval processes. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and engage effectively with various community members, including parents, organizations, and state executives. - Exercise strong problem-solving skills and flexibility as an individual and within a collaborative work environment. - Understanding of diverse educational environments and awareness of instructional approaches aligned with the science of reading. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while displaying strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, Education, or a related field preferred. - Proficient in computer skills, including experience with or the ability to learn Zendesk, Shopify, Confluence, and Google Suite. - Access to a dedicated workspace and the ability to work remotely from home in a quiet environment that facilitates answering calls and attending online meetings. Requirements - Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, including state program administrators, key educational organizations, and vendor fund platforms (such as ClassWallet and Odyssey). - Manage the onboarding, application, and renewal processes to ensure the company's continuous approval and operational readiness across participating state programs and ESA platforms. - Proactively track upcoming state program launches, legislation changes, and expansions to ensure timely preparation and compliance. - Develop and maintain clear documentation of state-specific requirements, timelines, and operational statuses. - Conduct thorough research and maintain a deep, current understanding of state-specific rules, ESA policies, and regulatory guidelines for educational choice programs. - Ensure compliance with all vendor application requirements and all payment and reimbursement processes. - Participate in professional development to support continued growth in understanding customer needs and market trends. - Act as the subject-matter expert on state program rules, providing guidance to internal teams. - Actively engage with parent and provider communities to educate them on how to utilize ESA program funds or other state-specific funding options as they explore Logic of English resources. - Support customer inquiries related to state-specific programs, fund eligibility, and requirements. - Use online and digital tools to support customer needs, including order and account management. - Demonstrate understanding of the Logic of English resources, including the research and concepts that inform our approach. - Offer recommendations to customers about available products and resources that support instruction based on various factors, including learning goals, budgetary needs, and learning environment. - Advise customers on company practices, policies, and resources to support a positive experience. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met. Job Description Remote: This position does not require the employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. This position requires an employee to cover territory visits to dealerships on a recurring basis. The territory covers the Western Region/Market. The selected candidate must either currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona or within a 50-mile radius, or be willing to relocate to this area (within 50 miles). The Role The Regional Service Specialist serves as the primary liaison between Regional CCA leadership, brand subject matter experts, Service Operations, and internal work groups, acting as the key expert on service operations across the region. This role focuses heavily on emerging EV technologies and industry trends, dealer tools and equipment, technician training for both EV and ICE, and battery performance. Overview As the Senior RCM Specialist, you will partner with business leaders to improve and deliver positive change throughout all revenue cycle processes. This role will collaborate with the RCM supervisor, RCM Sr. Mgr./Mgr. to review the quality, efficiency, and productivity of our vendor partners. The Sr. RCM Specialist will work to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of revenue cycle processes through leading account audits, data analysis, training sessions, and team/vendor meetings, to name a few. This position will also be responsible for maintaining ATI’s policies and procedures as it relates to their focused area within the revenue cycle. This role will be the subject matter expert in their focused area of the revenue cycle and collaborate with other process leaders to resolve process breakdowns. Responsibilities Measurable Scope and Accountability The Sr. RCM Specialist will need understanding of all revenue cycle processes but will be assigned to one of the following focused areas: Financial Clearance, Central Business Office, Commercial/Gov’t/SP AR Follow-up, or WC/API AR Follow-up. • Assist in the summarizing of audit data to identify process improvement opportunities and creating Service Level Agreement (SLA) quality reporting. • Provide ongoing monitoring of standards by conducting audits of all revenue cycle processes, vendors, and technology.
