Responsibilities include analyzing project documents, coordinating with internal and US counterparts, and ensuring compliance with US standards. This fully remote role offers international work experience and career-advancing training through our dedicated Academy. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects. - Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications. - Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs. - Clarify project scope and expectations through client interactions. - Monitor project tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups. - Collaborate with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing. - Maintain professional client relationships to support ongoing satisfaction and business growth. - Assist in documentation processes, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and supplier/vendor communications.
