Role Description We’re seeking a proactive, well‑connected US Growth Partnerships Manager to uncover new partnership and growth opportunities for NordVPN, NordPass, NordProtect, and Saily. Your focus will be identifying strategic collaborations with strong revenue potential and sharing valuable US market insights that guide business decisions. As part of the global marketing team, you’ll scan the market for new opportunities, helping our teams evaluate which ones will truly move the needle. You’ll also act as our US market voice, regularly sharing insights on competition, consumer behavior, and emerging trends that inform strategy. This is a collaborative, standalone role with no people management responsibilities - but plenty of impact. You’ll connect ideas, evaluate potential, and help shape smart growth decisions. Main Responsibilities - Research, identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities across the US, focusing on those with clear revenue potential and measurable ROAS. - Present growth proposals and performance projections to stakeholders, outlining potential impact, timelines and ROI. - Monitor local market activity and competitor movements; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and product teams. - Create and share concise market reports that highlight key US trends, opportunities and challenges. - Offer local perspective and feedback to ensure campaigns and messaging resonate with US audiences. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, performance and creative teams to help prioritize and activate opportunities efficiently. Qualifications - Mid-level marketing or business development experience, ideally focused on partnerships, market research or strategic growth. - Proven success developing and validating high-ROI partnership ideas or marketing initiatives. - Strong analytical thinker - comfortable modeling performance projections and interpreting market data. - Entrepreneurial and curious, always scanning for new trends, emerging categories and unconventional growth possibilities. - Excellent communicator who can clearly convey insights and ideas across global teams. - Confident presenter with a knack for turning data into compelling business cases. - Familiarity with sectors like Sports, Travel, Fintech or Telco is beneficial but not required. - Based on the US East Coast for smooth collaboration with international colleagues. • Design test automation frameworks (multi-platform) • Write automated tests (functional integration, regression, performance) • Identify testing strategies and drive implementation • Participate in writing test plans and cases • Report software defects and collaborate with development team • Perform hands-on exploratory and manual testing • Validate complex user flows across mobile and other platforms • Explore and integrate AI-powered tools into QA workflows • Champion adoption of AI-assisted testing practices • Experiment with LLMs and AI assistants for test data generation • Train and mentor less senior team members in test automation

• Provide ongoing local insights on the South Cone market (Argentina and Chile), including cultural context, economic shifts, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. • Serve as the South Cone advisor, identifying and mapping relevant VPN and eSIM use cases tied to local events, sports calendars, holidays, and regional moments throughout the year. • Localize, proofread, and create content adapted to the Argentine market, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency across all formats and channels. • Monitor daily news across LATAM and Spain, curating relevant content related to brand mentions (NordVPN, NordPass, Saily), political developments, sports events, and digital privacy trends that may impact business performance or public perception. • Support the Spanish team with proofreading tasks, ensuring content quality and grammatical accuracy in Spanish. • Contribute to miscellaneous marketing tasks as business needs evolve, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and cross-functional requests.

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. • Develop, manage, and optimize Terraform modules. • Manage and optimize AWS Cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and availability requirements are met. • Assist in implementing and maintaining monitoring and logging systems (e.g., ELK, Grafana, Thruk). • Provide technical support for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring smooth operations. • Document and maintain DevOps workflows, processes, and system configurations.

• Write original, clear, and compelling copy for web, blog, PPC ads, PR, and other marketing channels • Adapt existing marketing materials to French and ensure consistent messaging across different channels • Continuously update and edit copy material according to feedback • Research and gather additional information to quickly learn a new topic and actively observe the cybersecurity industry and competitors • Work on multiple projects at once, prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines • Work closely with your Country Manager to optimize actions and reflect on new ideas to meet the French audience’s needs • Collaborate and exchange knowledge with other locale copywriters.
