Your role in our mission Job Title: SAP S4 Security GRC Consultant Experience: Overall experience 10+ with relevant 5+ years of relevant SAP security and GRC experience Employment Type: Full-time Work Timings (Night Shift): 7 PM till 4 AM (IST) Skills: SAP Security Expertise: o Deep understanding of SAP security concepts, including user management, role design, and authorization management. o Experience in securing various SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FIORI, BW, and others. SAP PS Proficiency: o Proficiency in SAP GRC tools and processes, including risk analysis, access control, and compliance management. o Ability to conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats. SAP Roles Authorization Fiori Catalog and Groups: o Expertise in configuring and managing SAP Fiori catalogs and groups. o Ability to design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC) within SAP Fiori environments. Role Configuration and Customization: o Experience in configuring and customizing SAP roles and profiles to meet business requirements. o Ability to develop and maintain security policies and procedures. Integration and Data Migration: o Knowledge of integrating SAP security with other systems and applications. o Experience in managing security aspects of data migration projects. Reporting and Analytics: o Ability to generate and analyze security reports to monitor compliance and identify security issues. o Proficiency in using SAP reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations for improving security. Project Management: o Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. o Experience with SAP project methodologies such as ASAP and Activate. o Ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Problem-Solving and Innovation: o Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges. o Ability to drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in SAP GUI and Fiori applications. o Familiarity with SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments. o Basic understanding of ABAP programming for troubleshooting and enhancements. Responsibilities: o Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and profiles. o Ensure compliance with SAP security policies and procedures. o Perform regular system audits to detect deviations from security policies. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SAP security during the implementation of new SAP modules or functionality. o Provide guidance and training on SAP security issues to other team members. o Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP security controls and procedures. o Stay updated on the latest security threats and SAP technologies to provide informed recommendations. o Proven experience in managing production support activities, ensuring timely resolution of Incidents and Service Requests, prioritization of work, and adherence to SLA and ITSM processes.
