Du bist kommunikativ, proaktiv und hast ein Händchen dafür, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und in Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten umzuwandeln. - Verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Onboarding-Phase neuer Kunden. - Maximierung des Customer Lifetime Value durch proaktives Cross- und Upselling. - Beitrag zum Unternehmenswachstum durch Erweiterung der Kundenbasis und Stärkung der Kundenbindung. Deine Aufgaben im Detail: Onboarding: - Durchführung effizienter und effektiver Onboarding-Prozesse für Neukunden. - Entwicklung und Durchführung von ansprechenden Schulungen und Webinaren. - Schnelle Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Anpassung des Onboarding-Prozesses. Cross- und Upselling: - Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und proaktive Identifizierung von Cross- und Upselling-Möglichkeiten. - Überzeugende Präsentation und Verkauf von Zusatzleistungen und Upgrades. - Aufbau und Pflege enger Kundenbeziehungen. Kommunikation: - Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und sorgt für eine erstklassige Kommunikation. Deine Ziele: - Erreichen und Übertreffen der Ziele in Bezug auf die Anzahl der erfolgreich onboardeten Kunden, die Kundenzufriedenheit und den generierten Umsatz durch Cross- und Upselling-Aktivitäten. Qualifications - Nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz im Bereich Customer Success, Sales oder Customer Care, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld. - Kommunikationstalent und ein Händchen für den Umgang mit Kunden. - Teamplayer, der sich aktiv in unser dynamisches Team einbringt. REMOTE Opportunity OR HYBRID Opportunity in Northeast, OH or DFW, TX As the CRM Campaign Manager for Banter, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, strategy, deployment, testing, and iteration for Banter's foundational Emails and SMS while working closely with the other CRM Managers to complete a holistic communications calendar. You will reporting into the Sr. Director, CRM for Signet’s Style Brand Family. In alignment with Signet agencies, you will oversee the campaign execution process from start to finish, ensuring all channels are ready and available, owning campaign build, QA, and deployment. This involves configuring campaigns on the appropriate channels, e.g. Sailthru for email, and ensuring the proper execution of specific audience requirements, launch date/time, and other details listed in applicable briefs. Responsibilities - Own Email and SMS for Banter to ensure programs are set up for YoY revenue and list growth. • Manage and grow relationships with school districts across Canada. • Serve as the primary contact for Canadian clients, ensuring they’re getting maximum ROI from our all-in-one transportation management suite. • Work in tandem with our support team to troubleshoot issues. • Responsible for renewals and upsells. • Travel will be required, including occasional client visits and conference attendance across Canada.
