We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Financials Post Production Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success. • Manages system integrations within the existing architecture using Workday integration technology - Workday Studio, EIB’s, Document Transformation, core connectors, packaged integrations for integration development, XML, SOAP, XSLT, REST, RAAS, BIRT and middleware. • Provides support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and well as new integrations, including payroll, benefits vendors, time tracking systems. • Creates solutions for integration monitoring and provide support for incident management. • Performs routine break/fix support and regression testing and supports the inbound/outbound interfaces to Workday and middleware. • Ensures accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution. • Analyzes and translates functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications. • Ensures integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements and design. • Conducts unit and integration tests to ensure accuracy and integrity in downstream systems. • Consults with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborates with other Centers of Excellence and other teams on design decisions. • Understands and follows defined integration/development standards and best practices. • Performs other duties as assigned.
