Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a creative and strategic Presentation and Multimedia Designer to join a fast-paced Proposal Development Center. This role is responsible for producing visually compelling presentations and multimedia content that supports sales growth and business development initiatives across multiple segments. This role will work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and supporting SMEs across the organization to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals that align with our brand and resonate with client needs. Candidates for this position must be able to manage multiple projects, be pro-active, and comfortable with shifting deadlines. Our fast-paced, high-pressure environment occasionally requires extended hours due to strict client-prescribed deadlines. Candidates should be flexible, professional, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership. This is a remote position. Candidates may reside anywhere within the continental United States. Creative, relevant portfolio will be required. Portfolio must include samples of presentation documents and video editing capabilities to be considered. What You'll Do - Design high-impact sales presentations, pitch decks, and multimedia assets that effectively communicate our value propositions and drive client engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR) to gather and synthesize content to understand key messaging goals - Create branded templates while aligning to Sodexo presentation standards to ensure visual consistency across internal and external communications - Develop multimedia assets, including videos, animations, infographics, to support sales presentations or template creation - Ability to create micro sites for client-facing materials to demonstrate our capabilities - Stay current on industry trends and leading software for presentation tools to continually improve output quality and ability to work more efficiently What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
