• Produce high-fidelity visual assets for social media, website components, sales enablement decks, and digital advertising. • Partner with Product Design to turn complex technical workflows into simplified, "marketing-ready" UI visualizations and original vector illustrations. • Act as the primary creative lead for external agencies and freelancers, providing actionable feedback and quality control to ensure output meets our brand standards. • Maintain and expand our library of reusable design components and brand guidelines to ensure global scalability and consistency. • Work with Growth and Events teams to translate strategic briefs into high-performing visual assets that drive engagement and conversion.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years as a brand designer or art director, ideally within a B2B tech environment or a fast-paced creative agency.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), along with comfort using Google Workspace and Slack.
  • A proven ability to work with and evolve complex brand systems and component libraries across diverse formats.
  • Exceptional skills in vector design and the ability to translate abstract cloud concepts into visuals that resonate with a developer audience.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume requests via project management tools like ClickUp, prioritizing tasks based on business impact.
