Junior Sales SDR – Inbound, Outbound

• Inbound qualification: You handle incoming inquiries, conduct structured initial conversations (discovery), and assess whether a lead is a good fit for PraxisConcierge • Outbound prospecting: You research suitable medical practices and MVZs (medical care centers), initiate first contact via LinkedIn and phone, and nurture prospects until they are ready for a meeting with an Account Executive (AE) • Scheduling: You book qualified demos directly into Account Executives' calendars and ensure a clean handover • CRM maintenance: You document all activities carefully in Pipedrive and ensure lead data is up to date • Process improvement: You contribute ideas to make qualification and outreach processes more efficient — e.g., through templates, automations, or new channels • Events: You represent PraxisConcierge at selected medical conferences and trade shows and present our solutions to a broader audience
