• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate solutions. • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects. • Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions within the CRM system. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive lead generation and pipeline growth. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Highly motivated with a result-driven approach.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

As we expand into boutique retail and hospitality channels, we are seeking a Wholesale Lead to help execute and grow our wholesale channel into a meaningful, high-growth revenue stream. What You’ll Do: The Roles and Responsibilities: - Wholesale Strategy & Market Development - Support execution of Nori’s 12-month wholesale roadmap across boutique and hospitality channels. - Research and prospect new wholesale opportunities aligned with Nori’s brand positioning. - Help define and manage ideal account profiles across specialty, department, gift, travel, hospitality, and emerging retail channels. - Assist in maintaining wholesale policies, including MOQs, freight terms, pricing, and returns. - Support trade market strategy by identifying priority shows and assisting in execution. - Retailer Outreach & Account Activation - Drive outbound outreach, including introductory emails, follow-ups, and buyer meetings. - Coordinate new account setup, including order forms, documentation, pricing, and compliance requirements. - Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for wholesale partners, ensuring timely communication and strong relationship management. - Order Management & Sell Through Support - Process wholesale purchase orders from confirmation through fulfillment. - Coordinate with operations and our warehouse to ensure accurate and timely shipments. - Monitor sell-through performance and support reorder strategies to optimize account growth. - Trade Market & Sales Support - Prepare line sheets, wholesale pitch decks, and pricing materials. - Support trade market preparation, including outreach, booth execution, and post-market follow-up. - Assist with merchandising recommendations and brand storytelling within retail environments. Who You Are: You bring experience from a consumer products or fashion company where you played a key role in building out the wholesale channel across subcategories including boutique, mass, travel, hospitality, and/or other specialty accounts. You understand that successful wholesale growth requires both strong relationship management and operational rigor. You’re motivated by the opportunity to expand a modern consumer brand into new retail and hospitality channels, building scalable processes and long-term partnerships that fuel growth. What You’ll Need: - 2-5+ years of experience in wholesale, sales operations, account management, or retail coordination, ideally within a high-growth consumer brand. - Ability to manage multiple retail accounts simultaneously, balancing relationship management with operational execution and deadlines. - Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working across CRM platforms and inventory/order management systems. - Hands-on experience processing purchase orders and coordinating with operations teams and 3PL/warehouse partners to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.
