Agent
• Scour online brokerages and platforms to identify assets that match specific investment criteria, filtering approximately 30 deals to find 1 viable acquisition. • Execute standardized email outreach to brokers to request off-market opportunities and schedule introductory calls for the partners. • Conduct comprehensive financial underwriting for multifamily assets (100+ units), ensuring accuracy in cash flow projections and ROI. • Provide specialized underwriting for new construction projects in different states to support investor and partner decision-making. • Participate in Due Diligence process of properties under a PSA. • Create bank packages that include detailed pro formas, deal summaries, and lender pitch materials, including professional brochures and presentations. • Integrate AI tools into the daily workflow to increase deal-processing speed and maintain a scalable sourcing procedure.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of real estate experience specifically focused on large-scale multifamily assets (100+ units).
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and the creation of complex underwriting templates/pro formas.
- High proficiency in using AI tools to enhance deal analysis and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional written English for professional broker outreach and material preparation.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume "top of funnel" sourcing independently in a fast-paced, lean environment.

Our Workday Analyst supports the ongoing configuration, optimization, and day‑to‑day support of the Workday platform at Transforming Age. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to ensure Workday solutions are stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The Workday Analyst balances operational support with system enhancements and plays an important role in maintaining data integrity and user trust.
