Description Job Summary: Provides overall support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department from scheduling interviews to onboarding candidates through post-employment offer activities. Includes but is not limited to assisting all personnel involved in AEP's Talent Acquisition process with organizational and administrative tasks. This involves leading the strategy, planning, architecture, and execution of IT-related activities to ensure a smooth integration or separation of technology assets during the MA&D process. This role will begin as the Program Leader for a publicly announced large divestiture. The role is critical in planning and executing a successful transition and helping the organization realize the benefits of the merger, acquisition, or divestiture in terms of improved technology capabilities, efficiency, and competitiveness. Effective communication and collaboration with Executive Leaders, Sr. Leadership, Steering Committees, Corporate Business Development & Portfolio Management, other departments, stakeholders, and external consultants are essential for achieving these objectives. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough IT due diligence to understand the technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and data of both the acquiring and target companies. Identify potential risks, synergies, and integration challenges. - Develop a comprehensive IT integration plan that aligns with the overall business integration strategy. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions. Job Description Summary This role will manage the end to end UR recruiting team for EMEA Job Description GE Vernova is seeking a University Recruiting Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our high-volume early-career talent team in our EMEA region. This role will be responsible for partnering in helping to set the strategy, managing the execution, and driving the operational excellence for all intern, co-op, and entry-level hiring across designated business units. The Manager will directly lead and develop a small team, including the University Recruiter and the University Recruiting Coordinator, ensuring alignment with GE Vernova's talent needs and campus strategy. Role & Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: - Directly manage, coach, and develop the University Recruiter and University Recruiting Coordinator to ensure high performance, skill development, and engagement. - Set clear performance metrics and goals for the team, holding them accountable for filling high-volume early-career requisitions efficiently and effectively. - Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy team environment focused on providing a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers Strategy & Program Management: - Help develop and execute a comprehensive university recruiting strategy to meet GE Vernova's critical workforce planning needs for early-career talent. - Partner with the Global UR Leader and business leaders and HR partners to forecast annual talent needs and align university engagement to priority schools and programs. - Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for all intern, co-op, and entry-level hires, ensuring compliance, quality of hire, and operational efficiency Operational Excellence & Analytics: - Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience by leveraging data and technology. - Analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, diversity representation) to identify trends, measure ROI of campus activities, and make data-driven decisions. - Oversee the effective planning and execution of all campus events, ensuring seamless logistics and strong brand presence. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college - Significant experience as Talent Acquisition Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership role with a dedicated focus on early career or university recruiting - Proven experience managing or directly leading a team of recruiters or coordinators - Demonstrated track record of developing and executing a strategic, high-volume campus recruiting plan for a large organization - Deep understanding of high-volume recruiting operations, candidate pipelines, and key metrics in the university space. - Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with senior business and HR leaders. - Excellent presentation and influencing skills; comfortable advocating for resources and strategies to executive leadership. - Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leveraging data analytics for process improvement. - Passionate about developing early career talent and promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
