This is a remote position supporting our territory, with a strong preference for candidates based in Texas or Arkansas. Phone meeting with TPCC, Territory Manager, and Director prior to the field visit. - Conduct written field evaluations of Territory Patient Care Coordinators. This needs to be reported to the CEO, President, COO, Vice President of Human Resources, Sales Director, and Vice President of Sales within a timely manner. - Analyze tableau data to help develop routing plans in each area. - Be available for requested meetings and dinners with key accounts. - Adapt a strategy for local area needs (no two areas are the same as we face billing, political, and invasive ventilation challenges, etc.) Lead strategic discussions with the TPCC concerning key accounts and facilities they are calling on and setting appointments. - Extension of management’s strategic vision to access new opportunities through – LTAC, Nursing Homes, SNF’s, ACO’s, Private Insurance Payers, Medicare advantage plans, hospitals, & population health opportunities - Ensure that TPCC field activities align with overall business strategy and market choices by positively coaching the correct selling behaviors and sales tasks. - Selection and recruitment of team members to aid Sales Directors in hiring. - Ensure Territory Patient Care Coordinator’s accountability for hitting benchmark goals through properly analyzing and understanding the trends while leading supportive and inclusive coaching calls with TPCCs to ensure benchmarks are clearly understood. - Other duties/projects as assigned.
