The main responsibility of this role is to support business process analysis, documentation, and system improvements across departments. What will be the main responsibilities ? - Assist in collecting business requirements from stakeholders. - Document functional and non-functional requirements. - Prepare instructions and process/tools descriptions. - Maintain structured and up-to-date documentation. - Support the creation of technical tasks for Data Analytics, Data Engineers, and Development teams. - Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Map workflows (AS-IS / TO-BE). - Support automation initiatives. - Participate in cross-team process discussions. - Communicate clarifications between business users and technical teams. - Participate in meetings and prepare summaries. - Follow up on task progress and status updates.
