The Role: We’re looking for a Client Success professional who wants to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between Boostability and specific Agency and Supported Reseller partners. You will own a dedicated book of business and will support the partner relationship through active troubleshooting, account management, and by demonstrating a strong working knowledge of digital marketing with a particular emphasis on SEO. Compensation: $9.75/hour USD Hours: For optimal client interaction, this freelance role requires availability during Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours. Specific work hours will be discussed further during the interview process. Please note that the anticipated workload for this position is up to (but not exceeding) 40 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour workday and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Tasks May Include: - Successfully representing Boostability’s products and services as you support the success of digital marketing campaigns with an emphasis on SEO - Practicing proactive retention by ensuring every interaction is handled with the customer and partner experience top of mind - Troubleshooting account and partner level issues successfully, resolving and removing pain points for our customers and partners - Performing regular audits of digital marketing campaign performance and suggesting adjustments as needed to improve campaign performance - Conducting phone and video calls with clients via Zoom Contact Center and Zoom Meetings - Managing the fulfillment of our client’s SEO packages: Periodic appointments, on-site recommendations, and changes, allocation of off-site work, etc. - Providing periodic Client check-ins and reports - Ordering implementation of SEO tasks from our Fulfillment departments

- Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level proficiency) and proficient in writing and grammar
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including keyword research, content optimization, and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- 3+ years of customer facing support/account management experience
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally via phone calls, video meetings and email
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)
- Demonstrated excellent client retention skills by proactively working to retain clients on an interaction-by-interaction basis, resolving client concerns competently and quickly and by demonstrating an ability to work with a point of contact on the partner side to successfully co-own our clients successes
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and pride in work
- Alignment with Boostability’s core values (“The Boost Way”) and a genuine desire to help clients succeed
- Keeping up a stellar performance by meeting department KPI’s and SLA’s
- Taking initiative and completing assignments from CS Team Lead

Role Description We are currently seeking a Senior Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) Specialist (REMOTE) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). The FCCS Specialist is responsible for supporting the enterprise financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes through expert-level functional and technical knowledge of Oracle FCCS and/or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) along with experience working across financial platforms such as Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Oracle Financials and/or Oracle EPM Cloud.
