• Develop evergreen and event-based ad concepts and ad copy for all paid social channels based on data, platform, target audience and trends. • Create briefings for UGC creators and designers, review and implement delivered assets, coordinate ad copy translations and continuously turn insights into better-performing ads. • Own and optimize international performance campaigns on TikTok and Pinterest, and provide operational support for Meta campaigns during peak periods or holiday absences. • Collaborate on test roadmaps, run structured experiments, and analyze results to continuously improve creative and campaign performance. • Monitor competitors, platform updates, and trends - and bring ideas we can act on.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally in DTC / eCommerce
- A strong creative instinct: you know what makes an ad work, and can translate that into concepts, copy, and clear briefings, with a good feel for what works on different platforms
- Solid understanding of creative testing, data-driven optimization and performance KPIs (e.g. MER, ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate)
- Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across international markets simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, Kitchn.io, and Asana, as well as tracking, attribution, and AI tools, is a plus
- You can communicate confidently in English (our company language); additional languages, especially German, are a plus.

Position Overview AKIVA is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist to plan and execute the migration of legacy data into modernized target applications as part of a multi-year public-sector modernization program. In this role you will analyze and map data from legacy systems, develop conversion plans, build transformation routines, and lead validation and testing activities to ensure data integrity across the cutover. You will work closely with client subject-matter experts, development teams, and architects to reconcile edge cases, resolve data-quality issues, and deliver a clean go-live dataset. AKIVA-provided AI-assisted schema-mapping, data-profiling, and reconciliation tools may be used to accelerate throughput and improve conversion accuracy.
