Mandatory Must-Haves: - 2+ years Google Ads experience with measurable B2B lead generation - Daily hands-on use of ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini for ad copy, keyword research, and reporting - Proven B2B lead gen track record (not vanity traffic) - Minimum 4-hour overlap with UAE hours (10 AM - 6 PM GMT+4) - Excellent written English for reports and ad copy - Deep understanding of Primary vs Secondary Conversions in Google Ads.
