Job Description

Affiliate Manager II

HighLevel

• Support the management of affiliate partners by assisting with day-to-day communication and follow-ups • Respond to affiliate queries and provide timely support based on defined processes and guidelines • Help onboard new affiliates and ensure they understand basic platform usage and workflows • Assist in executing outreach campaigns, including email follow-ups and engagement efforts • Support activation of affiliates by following defined playbooks and engagement strategies • Help maintain consistent communication with assigned affiliates to ensure ongoing engagement • Track affiliate activity and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tools • Support reporting by updating dashboards and sharing basic performance insights • Flag any performance gaps or issues to the manager for further action • Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, trials, and affiliate interactions as per defined SLAs • Maintain hygiene of CRM data and ensure all activities are logged accurately • Follow established workflows and prioritize tasks based on team guidance • Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to resolve affiliate queries • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching discussions • Implement feedback from managers and contribute to continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, performance marketing, or a closely related field with direct responsibility for revenue-generating partner portfolios.
  • Proven track record managing high-value affiliate or influencer portfolios with measurable trial generation and/or revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in marketing funnel strategy: landing pages, email sequences, paid media, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience managing paid endorsement or sponsorship contracts including negotiation, deliverable tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong data fluency—comfortable with trial pacing, forecasting models, KPI dashboards, and translating numbers into strategic decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools .
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to provide clear, strategic counsel to high-profile partners including KOLs, celebrities, and influencers who operate at scale and expect proactive, rapid engagement.
  • HighLevel platform experience or equivalent all-in-one SaaS marketing platform knowledge strongly preferred.
