Role Description VetsEZ is seeking a HealthShare Engineer to join our remote team. The engineer should have experience and knowledge to design, code, test, debug, and document software in a variety of programming languages. The candidate must reside within the continental US. - Provide strategies and solutions for automating operations and identify streamlined software delivery methodology and technology processes. - Maintain continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. - Perform backup, recovery, patching, and ADFS integration. - Certificate Management as well as updates to certificates in production level as well as lower-level environments. - Help in Tier 3 support of the HealthShare Application and related technologies. - Installation and Configuration of InterSystems base software, kits, and patches. - Help support oAuth and SSO configuration and setup. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering or Technical related discipline. - Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in information technology and/or Federal Government contracting, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience coding or operating production systems. - Requires experience with InterSystems Cache, Iris, or HealthShare. - Experience automating infrastructure, testing, or deployments of a web-based application with tools like Jenkins, Ansible. - Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions. - Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure. - Experience developing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes to help deliver software of higher quality at greater speed. - Experience with AWS, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, IRIS, Unix, Apache, Ansible Python Scripting. - Knowledge and understanding of one or more different agile methodologies, including SAFe. - Experience with AWS monitoring tools: CloudWatch. - Experienced with configuring large middleware applications. Requirements - Ability to obtain a government clearance. - Experience with monitoring tools Splunk, Dynatrace preferred. - Experience in the VA is a plus. - Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect-Associate. THE OPPORTUNITY This Data Engineer position can work out remotely within the U.S. As a Data Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions that support analytics and reporting needs. You’ll work with scalable data platforms to ingest, transform, and model data while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to deliver reliable data solutions. • Act a member of the Sustaining Engineering team in the Infra::Machines::Design Organization • Support server hardware, cabling, and networking hardware throughout its operational lifecycle • Monitor the #machines channel and MACHINES JIRA project for issues and drive them to resolution • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with other members of the team • Act as Tier 2 escalation for Datacenter Operations (DCOPS) and Cloud Operations (CloudOps) regarding hardware and firmware components • Develop and maintain standards and practices for DigitalOcean hardware operations • Work closely with the Qualification team, Firmware team, Fleet Lifecycle Engineering team (FLE), Foresight team, and Infrastructure Services team to resolve issues in tooling, firmware packages, hardware components, and other operational concerns • Help with development of tooling and associated runbooks to address gaps in operational capabilities around hardware and firmware operations • Coordinate with Ops teams on monitoring thresholds, failure modes and alerting • Assist in troubleshooting cause of failures and work to prevent them in the future • Raise the quality bar in the delivery of our cloud infrastructure by identifying industry best practices and working to adopt them

• Build and own AI agents and automated workflows that serve product and marketing teams • Work directly with product managers, engineers, and marketers to identify high-value automation opportunities • Own the full agent development lifecycle • Build and maintain integrations between product systems, marketing platforms, CMS tools, CRMs, and APIs • Establish QA frameworks for automated outputs • Treat deployed agents as live products • Document automations and agent workflows clearly • Evaluate and recommend tooling across the automation and AI stack
