Le rôle En tant que Recruteur, vous serez responsable de trouver et recruter les personnes qui porteront la croissance de Luo en Afrique. Nous grandissons vite : nouveaux marchés, nouveaux postes, nouveaux profils. Vous gérerez l'intégralité du cycle de recrutement, du sourcing jusqu'à l'offre signée, sur des profils variés : commercial, opérations, et plus encore. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction pour recruter les bonnes personnes, au bon rythme. C'est un rôle opérationnel : sourcer les candidats, mener les pré-qualifications, coordonner les entretiens et closer les offres. Responsabilités - Gérer l'intégralité du cycle de recrutement, du sourcing à l'offre signée. - Sourcer des candidats via plusieurs canaux (LinkedIn, cooptation, jobboards, réseaux locaux). - Pré-qualifier et évaluer les candidats sur les compétences, le fit et la culture. - Coordonner les processus d'entretien avec les managers, parfois sur plusieurs pays et fuseaux horaires. - Construire et maintenir un vivier de talents solide, notamment sur les profils récurrents (commerciaux, opérations). - Garantir une expérience candidat fluide et professionnelle tout au long du processus. - Suivre les indicateurs de recrutement et donner de la visibilité à la direction sur l'avancement des recrutements. - Rester connecté(e) au marché local et conseiller l'équipe sur les benchmarks de rémunération et les tendances du marché de l'emploi. Profil recherché - Expérience en recrutement, en entreprise ou en cabinet. - À l'aise pour sourcer et recruter des profils variés, à différents niveaux de séniorité. - Solides compétences organisationnelles, capable de gérer plusieurs postes et délais en parallèle sans rien laisser tomber. - Excellentes qualités de communication et capacité à représenter Luo de manière professionnelle auprès des candidats. - Une exposition à la fintech, à la tech ou aux startups en forte croissance est un plus.
