Senior QA Engineer, Data Integrations

• Own quality for data synchronization engine connecting with multiple Student Information Systems • Design and execute testing strategies for API behavior and complex merge logic • Validate merge logic, conflict resolution, and bidirectional synchronization behavior • Analyze integration errors and identify root causes of data inconsistencies • Manage and maintain test cases in Qase • Triage CI/CD failures and build automated test coverage for integration pipelines
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in QA or SDET roles
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright
- Hands-on API testing using REST, Postman/Newman
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Qase, TestRail, or Zephyr
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in querying databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQL-based systems
- Working knowledge of performance testing tools
- Strong Git proficiency
- Higher education or SIS domain experience is a plus

As an Quality Management Specialist, you will support for operational teams within an assigned country. Performs compliance checks, supports basic quality investigations, reviews documentation for accuracy, and supports audit and inspection readiness. What You'll Do: Perform compliance checks and documentation reviews in accordance with SOPs and QMS requirements. Support basic quality investigations by gathering information and completing document checks. Identify and escalate quality issues (QIs) as required. Support maintenance of accurate file and documentation systems (e.g., ISF, trackers). Assist in audit/inspection readiness activities (file prep, documentation review).
