• Support in managing 200–350+ active job postings across multiple platforms. • Post all school openings using UKG and cross-post to identified external sites. • Refresh and close postings as requested to ensure accuracy of the job board. • Create and configure video interviews, ensuring proper mapping to each job requisition. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to video interviews. • Conduct database searches using specific criteria to identify candidate matches. • Use data and reporting tools to track application flow and hiring trends. • Escalate concerns when hiring teams are not updating dispositions, hiring has paused, or applications have slowed down. • Work closely with the HR Partner (HRP) and Talent Strategy Advisor to address issues with open requisitions. • Leverage experience with UKG or similar applicant tracking systems to optimize recruiting workflows. • Apply recruiting knowledge to support hiring teams and improve candidate pipeline management.
