The Field Service Engineer for Leica Biosystems is responsible for delivering, promoting and selling high quality onsite technical service within Saudi to achieve high customer satisfaction while meeting the Organization’s Revenue & KPI targets. Primary responsibility is performing onsite service & maintenance activities for various histopathology and associated instruments in Leica Biosystems portfolio The Field Service Engineer will also need to be readily available to support customers and colleagues in a proactive and timely fashion with the objective of maximizing customer satisfaction. Visit customers for installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis and upgrades in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective, efficient & safe work practices. Provide phone support & occasional Helpdesk support to reduce customer downtime. Perform root cause analysis in the field or in the business / manufacturing unit. This position is to provide onsite support within Saudi, with occasional support within the EU where necessary. Role Description American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH) is seeking an Application Security Engineer II to join our Information Security department. The primary purpose of this position is to protect and defend the information security posture and information assets from cyber security threats; maintain strong regulatory compliance; and reduce cyber risks to the organization.
