Job Description - Map, analyze, and redesign publisher workflows (onboarding, billing, campaign approval) using BPMN - Create and manage the business rules document for core platform capabilities - Design standardized workflows “Golden Path” to optimize the multi-tenant architecture - Collaborate with the Head of Data & AI to identify automation opportunities - Audit live automated processes to verify efficiency and ROI outcomes, tracking metrics such as cycle time, auto-approval rate, and rework percentage - Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders - Translate complex business needs into actionable specifications for engineering teams - Support testing and validation of new features against defined business rules Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst - Proficiency in BPMN, UML, and Swimlane diagramming - Advanced ability to interview stakeholders and extract complex business rules and requirements - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Deep understanding of AdTech and/or white-label SaaS operational workflows - Experience defining and managing API contracts and data models (REST/GraphQL, JSON) - Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks - Proficiency in analytics and BI tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau) - At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English WILL BE A PLUS - Experience with cloud-native SaaS (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD tooling - Background in process governance, release management, RACI matrices, and change control Additional Information PERSONAL PROFILE - Proactive, analytical professional with strong attention to detail - Performs effectively in dynamic, high-load environments - Translates business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions
