• Triage, organize, and respond to a high volume of emails, clearing backlog and setting up ongoing systems for efficiency. • Manage multiple email inboxes and calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination. • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with attention to detail and timeliness. • Track and organize sponsorships, forms, and other administrative records. • Serve as a point of contact for the students, handling inquiries and providing support. • Answer and manage phone calls in a professional and timely manner. • Research and organize projects with multiple steps, ensuring progress is tracked and tasks are completed efficiently. • Proactively remind the executive of priorities and action items, helping keep things moving while they are busy clinically during the day. • Support general executive needs, primarily via email and LinkedIn communication. • Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident handling email, phone, and online communication, especially through LinkedIn.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing tasks independently.
  • Clinic/healthcare background not required.
