Referral Projects Manager
Novakid Inc
• Prepare, launch, and maintain referral campaigns in CRM and internal tools • Set up and manage email, WhatsApp, push, and other communication flows in platforms such as Bloomreach • Support promo campaigns, referral events, and regional launches, ensuring everything is configured correctly and delivered on time • Translate business requests into clear tasks for developers, designers, CRM managers, and analysts • Prepare briefs and requirements for referral mechanics, communications, landing pages, and operational improvements • Coordinate execution across teams and track tasks from request to release • Support and monitor referral user journeys, including triggers, reminders, milestone messages, and promo flows • Check that campaigns, links, segmentation, rewards, and content work as expected • Participate in testing before launch and quickly flag issues after release • Document recurring workflows, campaign logic, and internal processes • Help maintain a stable operating model for the referral channel and support smooth execution across different regions and markets
Job Requirements
- Understanding of Referral/Loyalty programs processes and users needs in Novakid workflow
- Technical Literacy: You can translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers
- You understand tracking, attribution, and frontend mechanics
- Decomposition ability: You understand how to divide a big issue to a list of subtasks
- Execution First: You are a “doer.” You prioritize delivery and move projects from “Planned” to “Done.”
