National Account Manager – DCIM Software Solutions
Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc.
• Develop and execute national account strategies to achieve targets for bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share for DCIM software solutions • Identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of opportunities across strategic accounts and key prospects • Align internal resources to support customer requirements, including pricing, delivery, and execution strategies • Develop accurate forecasts, budgets, and reporting for assigned accounts • Build and expand relationships within key data center operators, enterprise clients, and channel partners • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams including sales, engineering, service, and support • Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve win rates and influence product direction • Drive new business development within national accounts and targeted segments in the data center and digital infrastructure market • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform go-to-market strategies • Represent MEPPI at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations for strategic accounts in alignment with company policies and contracts guidance • Support successful project execution by ensuring smooth handoff and ongoing customer satisfaction • Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to support solution positioning and lead generation • Provide recommendations for improvements in products, processes, and strategy to support CPSD growth objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 years professional work experience including selling power quality products or services (i.e., technical sales) and management of manufacturers representative, resellers, distributors; or, equivalent education through obtainment of an advanced degree and experience
- Understanding of electrical power and other power quality related products
- Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and deal structuring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Strong team-orientation and individual presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
