You will Join our Dynamics CRM Development team as a pivotal contributor to the Lead the full development and support lifecycle. In this role, you will build & maintain innovative features for Dynamics CE Online, collaborating closely with Developers, Product Managers, Solution Architects and Senior Stakeholders to transform business needs into high-performing digital solutions. Primary Responsibilities & Key Duties: • Solution Design & Strategy: Lead Architecture and solution Design for Dynamics 365, Lead grooming sessions with business users to provide optimal solutions, accurate estimations, and detailed sub-tasks for every user story. • Development: Execute end-to-end MS Dynamics CE implementations, including high-level customizations, UI/form & plugins & workflows development, Power Automate development, Security configuration, reporting/dashboards configuration and technical/business documentation. • Module Expertise: Extensive hands-on development across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Pages. • System Integration: Manage seamless integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints, while utilizing Visual Studio and source control for versioning. • Platform Maintenance: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure zero-friction operations and rapid defect resolution. • Agile Collaboration: Work within a Scrum framework, conducting stakeholder demos and collaborating with the architecture team to ensure designs meet all technical and business requirements. • Leadership: Mentor Senior & Junior developers and ensure they know & follow the standards and best practices.

• Lead global team of Engineering Project & Program Managers supporting multiple business units across the global MAES organization • Develop best in class engineering project management processes & tools to scope, drive, track, and deliver on a variety of global projects including chemical production scaleups, technology development, systems design and engineering, and capital projects including factory builds and expansions • Directly project-manage critical, high visibility initiatives • Continuously drive engineering efficiency to improve engineering speed, first-time-right performance, and scope adherence • Professionally develop the Project Managers, continuously improving skills and behaviors • Collaboratively develop project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation options with cross functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Operations, CI, Product Line Management, and Quality • Lead cross functional team meetings, facilitate communication and execution, work with managers to address bottlenecks and resource balancing issues • Partner with Engineering leadership to CIP existing internal practices and develop solutions • Develop tools & skillsets within the Engineering Project Management teams that are best practices and translatable across geographic regions and business divisions • Encourage, cultivate, and grow a culture of Continuous Improvement within the Engineering Project Management teams

• Design scalable and future-proof SAP solutions and clean core strategies in S/4HANA environments • Advise customers on modern SAP development paradigms (RAP, CAP, APIs, and event-based integration patterns) • Drive clean core principles by building side-by-side extensions and minimizing core modifications • Develop customer-specific solutions using ABAP (RAP), SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP • Contribute actively to internal Competence Teams, shaping best practices and innovation • Continuously develop your expertise in both technical and soft skills
