We’re looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team with day-to-day execution, coordination, and optimization of campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who has extensive background in Shopify and Marketing, is organized, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Day to day responsibilities - Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels - Support email marketing (campaign setup, segmentation, basic reporting) - Assist in conducting market and competitor research - Help with influencer outreach and coordination - Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics - Assist with basic content creation (graphics, captions, blog formatting) Requirements - Previous experience in marketing virtual assistance with knowledge of digital marketing (email, social media, paid ads) - Extensive experience in using Shopify - Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal English communication - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines What We Offer - Fully remote work environment - Competitive hourly rate - $75 monthly health stipend on your 3rd month with the company - 10% annual salary increase - Health insurance on your 2nd year with the company - Exposure to multiple marketing channels and strategies - Collaborative and supportive team culture Ready to Grow With Us?
