Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Business One Technical Development Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused mindset to design, develop, and support advanced SAP Business One solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical outcomes. About the role - Provide advanced technical support for SAP Business One environments, including issue resolution, system optimization, and troubleshooting across HANA, SQL, installations, and configurations. - Design, develop, and maintain add-ons, web applications, and integrations using the SAP Business One Service Layer, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, HANA, .NET Framework, and .NET Core. - Execute system upgrades, apply patches, and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability and performance. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals. - Partner closely with internal support teams, developers, and consultants to resolve complex technical challenges. - Collaborate with customers to gather detailed requirements and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions aligned with their business needs. - Work directly with clients to analyze technical gaps, identify value-adding improvements, and ensure smooth solution adoption. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with Computer Networks (medium to advanced level). - 5+ years of Windows and Linux administration (medium to advanced level). - 3+ years in Database Administration, including query design and optimization. - Strong command-line expertise (Windows/Linux). - Experience with virtualization technologies. - Excellent technical documentation skills. - Deep understanding of SAP Business One and HANA database management. - In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One components (Service Layer, Analytics, Crystal Reports, EDS, etc.). - Strong understanding of Windows and Linux server architecture. - Proven experience integrating external systems with SAP Business One via the Service Layer. - Knowledge of user management, email configuration, and system installations. - Cloud Control Center experience is a plus. - Proficiency with SQL, scripting languages, and troubleshooting methodologies. - Solid understanding of network configurations and security practices. Communication Skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (native or equivalent level). - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and confidently. - Spanish language skills are a plus. Interpersonal Skills - Strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially in novel or ambiguous scenarios. - Highly tech-savvy, eager to adopt new technologies and methodologies. - Self-driven learner with a passion for continuous improvement. - Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in dynamic environments. - Independent, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical development or consulting role. - Demonstrated success in managing and resolving technical issues within SAP Business One environments.

Job Description JOB OVERVIEW Provide guidance and coaching to franchisees and Operations team to achieve short and long-term company and operational goals. This is a home-based (remote) field position in Boise, ID. Utilize knowledge of restaurant operations and staff resources to provide counsel, advice, and assistance to franchisee owners/operators to positively impact and improve sales, profits, operating standards, and operating systems while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations. Ensure compliance with IDQ policies and system standards. Gain and maintain support of DMA chair people and other key franchisee leadership in achieving operational goals. Engage functional experts when needed. Provide support to other functions when needed. Primary Accountabilites: Planning: - Effectively implement and execute the Worldwide Operation’s Business Plan (rolling 1-, 2- and 3-year plan) for a particular District. Develop and implement a district wide business plan (i.e., integrated marketing, operations, training, development, and supply chain plan) - When and where appropriate, establish and implement effective business plans with franchise owners in the district. Provide necessary counsel and assistance to ensure the plans include specific goals and strategies in support of ADQ’s Operations and Marketing Plan. Consulting: - Provide advice and guidance in developing and managing marketing performance through effective partnerships with appropriate departments, vendors, and franchisees. - Responsible for positioning franchisees for consistent achievement of optimal shift management, food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and atmosphere goals as established by Operation’s Business Plan and ADQ’s operating standards. - Provide impactful advice and counsel to position franchisees for optimal financial health. - Partner with appropriate ADQ staff to help position new and existing franchisees to establish and execute effective development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies. Other • Provide support to other departments/functions as needed. • May assist with new store openings as required. • Complete Ad Hoc projects as required. The US national base salary range for this position is $95,120 - $116,522. This position is also eligible for a bonus. The base salary range displayed reflects the targeted hiring range for positions across all US locations. • The Plan Consultant is a key compliance and technical resource responsible for administering and supporting employer-sponsored retirement plans. • Monitor deadlines and compliance obligations for assigned book of business. • Prepare and perform all annual nondiscrimination and compliance testing. • Calculate employer contributions and prepare contribution summaries. • Review and upload incoming census data for completeness and accuracy. • Prepare government filings including Form 5500 and support IRS and DOL audits.
