Position Overview We are seeking a Crypto Business Development Manager to lead our global expansion initiatives, establish key partnerships, and drive the adoption of our tokenized real estate platform. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven professional with deep knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and digital asset markets — and a passion for turning innovative ideas into real-world growth. Key Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, and blockchain communities. - Build relationships with investors, institutional partners, and key stakeholders to promote platform adoption. - Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase token sales, platform usage, and brand visibility. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to align business development goals with overall company objectives. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and identify new opportunities. - Represent the company at crypto conferences, online events, and industry forums. Requirements - Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the crypto, blockchain, or fintechsector. - Strong understanding of DeFi, tokenization, and digital assets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward. - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). - Experience working in a remote and international environment is preferred.
