Role Description nara baut eine KI native Agentenplattform für IT Support, Customer Care und Prozessautomatisierung. Wir helfen Unternehmen dabei, Support und Betriebsprozesse schneller, skalierbarer und intelligenter zu machen. Für den nächsten Schritt suchen wir einen Head of Sales, der unseren internen B2B-Sales-Motor aufbaut, selbst Kunden gewinnt und unseren Vertriebsprozess von Founder-led Sales zu einem skalierbaren Setup weiterentwickelt. Besonders spannend ist die Rolle für Menschen, die bereits ein belastbares Netzwerk in der IT-Branche mitbringen, zum Beispiel zu Systemhäusern, MSPs, IT-Dienstleistern oder IT-Entscheidern in Unternehmen mit internem IT-Support. - Du baust gemeinsam mit den Foundern unseren B2B-Sales-Prozess strukturiert auf und entwickelst ihn weiter. - Du verantwortest den Vertriebszyklus von Prospecting über Discovery und Demo bis Closing. - Du führst qualifizierte Erstgespräche, Demos, Angebotsprozesse und Verhandlungen eigenständig. - Du nutzt dein bestehendes Netzwerk, um schneller in relevante Kundengespräche zu kommen. - Du schärfst mit uns ICP, Positionierung, Pricing und Sales-Messaging. - Du setzt CRM-Strukturen, Sales-Stages, Reporting und Forecasting sauber auf. - Du sammelst Marktfeedback und übersetzt es in bessere Pitches, Argumentationen und Sales-Materialien. - Du hilfst dabei, erste belastbare Referenzkunden und eine planbare Pipeline aufzubauen. Qualifications - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS- oder erklärungsbedürftigen Tech-Sales. - Nachweisbare Erfahrung darin, Deals selbst zu führen und abzuschließen. - Sehr gutes Verständnis für komplexe Sales-Zyklen im Mid-Market- oder Enterprise-Umfeld. - Idealerweise ein starkes Netzwerk in der IT-Branche, insbesondere zu Systemhäusern, MSPs, IT-Dienstleistern oder internen IT-/Support-Verantwortlichen. - Stärke in Discovery, Bedarfsermittlung, ROI-Argumentation und Stakeholder-Management. - Strukturierte, unternehmerische und gleichzeitig sehr hands-on Arbeitsweise. - Sehr gutes Deutsch und sicheres Englisch.
