Business Intelligence Analyst
LILT
• Drive the implementation of Sigma as LILT's BI platform, including dashboard migration, workspace design, and new dashboard development • Design and build data transformation layers to ensure reliable, consistent reporting • Create production-grade dashboards and reports that translate business requirements into actionable insights • Own complex BI integrations including Sigma, BigQuery, Salesforce, and other business systems • Build elegant, intuitive dashboards that adhere to LILT's visualization standards and UX best practices • Translate complex business questions into clear visual analytics that drive action • Optimize dashboard performance and query efficiency • Develop self-service analytics capabilities that reduce dependency on the BI function • Triage and prioritize incoming BI requests based on business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment • Manage SLAs • Maintain and communicate backlog status, blockers, and trade-offs to stakeholders • Partner with BI contributors (and, when relevant, Data Engineering) to align on requirements • Act as a BI contact for cross-functional stakeholders (Revenue, Production, Finance, Product teams)
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or data roles at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Expert SQL skills: Complex queries, joins, aggregations, window functions, query optimization
- BI platform expertise: Sigma strongly preferred; Looker, Tableau, or similar enterprise tools acceptable
- Dashboard design proficiency: Translating requirements into intuitive visualizations that follow UX best practices
- Stakeholder management: Proven ability to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate with senior leaders
- Cross-functional collaboration: Experience partnering with Revenue, Finance, Operations, and Product teams
- Technical project management: Managing backlogs, prioritizing requests, and delivering on SLAs
