• Delivers data, reports and dashboards with the key performance indicators and metrics needed to make business critical decisions and drive business results. • Builds strong working relationships with data consumers to understand the link between data requests and business process decisions. • Works with data consumers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business rules behind available data to enable proper interpretation for metrics. • Perform data cleaning and transformation • Analyze, interpret, and compile large amounts of data to find impactful insights that drive decision-making. • Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design. • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to be a champion of change and for data literacy for the organization. • Aid in the creation and maintenance of documentation of data artifacts to ensure smooth operations and a robust knowledge base. • Teach, train, and educate others across the organization with respect to best practices for presenting and analyzing data to deliver business value.

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and enhance end-user productivity • Convert existing PDF forms to Microsoft Forms including the redesign, building and testing of the forms • Integrate new and existing Microsoft Forms with new and existing Power Automate Flows • Design, build and test Power Automate Flows intended to automate repetitive and/or manual tasks to improve efficiency • Incorporate approval routing, Outlook email and SharePoint list integration into Power Automate Flows • Plan, design and execute a SharePoint Online intranet including a HUB site that aligns with organizational needs and objectives • Migrate content, including PDF documents and Microsoft forms, from a Drupal Version (10.6.2 or higher) content management system to SharePoint Online • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including creating and configuring site collections and sites, managing day-to-day operations of sites, libraries, and lists • Oversee and improve existing SharePoint permissions, groups, and security settings to meet best practices • Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose and resolve end user issues related to SharePoint Online, Power Platform, etc. • Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and governance to meet organizational and regulatory security standards and requirements • Engage with end users and stakeholders to understand business needs, participate in meetings focused on site content, enhancements, and governance, and deliver clear, actionable technical solutions that align with organizational objectives • Provide technical and analytical guidance to other developers, team members, and end-users regarding solution design and troubleshooting • Mentor and train junior developers or team members on Power Platform, and SharePoint best practices • Deliver end-user training, comprehensive documentation, and best practices

• Analyze and recommend technical solutions for complex projects • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements • Ensure project delivery teams have clear expectations of reporting deliverables • Support data processing activities to maintain effective solutions • Participate in data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Train others on the use of automated reports

• Administer, develop, and maintain Google Looker: User administration, models, dashboards, user attributes • LookML development, dashboard design, visualizations • Build simple/complex Looks, merge queries, and tune performance • Create and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports. • Develop and maintain SQL Server objects and logic: T-SQL, views, CTEs, functions, stored procedures • SQL processes/scripts to move and transform data between data marts • Perform data analysis and validation: Analyze data for quality/completeness • Validate data marts and dashboards against source systems • Implement and document business rules and processes • Create and execute test cases for data and reporting requirements • Troubleshoot data, dashboards, and reporting issues; respond to investigation requests. • Elicit and document requirements for data marts, dashboards, and reporting. • Create technical and end-user documentation; train users on Looker capabilities and best practices. • Apply appropriate handling of sensitive data, including recognizing and masking PII. • Take on team leadership activities as needed (mentoring, task assignment, code reviews, prioritization).
