• Collaborate with the CRO and Business Development team to ensure CRM (Zoho) is up to date and accurate • Own key analyses including sales and operational metrics using both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel • Help prepare quarterly board presentation materials for the AI/HS sales function • Assist Sr Solutions architect with route map creation and design and vendor cost development, analysis and reporting • Act as the "go-to" analyst for the business, performing complex ad hoc analytics and report development to enhance command and control over financial operations

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient data models and ETL/ELT processes • Write complex SQL queries and ClickHouse functions • Utilize Python for data cleaning, transformation, and automation of BI tasks • Create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable BI solutions • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security • Collaborate with clinicians and operational leaders • Perform deep-dive analyses to support strategic decision-making

• Use Qlikview, QlikSense, SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, and other tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs. • Develop reporting application scripts that import data from various sources. • Identify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts of changes within reporting applications. • Recognize and suggest alternative data solutions when applicable. • Communicate effectively and work closely with a variety of users to develop in BI applications, validate effectiveness, and conduct user testing. • Adapt quickly to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools in a rapidly evolving, high-growth organization. • Facilitate in ongoing data validation to ensure data integrity and reliability. • Collaborate with other teammates to deliver effective solutions. • Initiate collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and IT. • Research, suggest, and contribute to brainstorming development opportunities. • Identify and provide insights into streamlining analytics processes and research improvement opportunities. • Other duties as assigned.

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. • Implement data models, measures, and calculated columns using DAX to enhance report functionality. • Ensure visualizations meet user requirements and provide actionable insights. • Connect Power BI to a variety of data sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, etc.) and integrate data from multiple systems. • Develop and maintain data connections, dataflows, and scheduled refreshes to keep reports up-to-date. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring scalability and efficient data processing. • Build and maintain complex data models that meet business needs while ensuring scalability and flexibility. • Create and maintain technical documentation for Power BI solutions, data models, and best practices. • Leverage Power BI’s advanced analytics capabilities, such as predictive modeling, AI insights, and R/Python integration. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Power BI developers or business analysts.
