Job Description: Pitney Bowes is seeking a Technical Program Specialist Remote based in the United States in the EST and CST areas, you will be a critical part of the team. In this position, you will be at the forefront of the growth and continued success of Presort Services. The Technical Program Specialist acts as the bridge between clients, sales, and engineering, helping enterprise mailing customers connect their systems, data, and business needs with our products and capabilities. The salary range for this role is $101,000 - $120,00. The actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and work location. This role is eligible for an annual bonus. This is a remote Inside Sales position open to qualified candidates living in the United States. Candidates located in the PST and MST areas are not eligible for consideration for this job. You must reside in the EST and CST areas to be eligible for consideration for this job. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role combines technical fluency, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our customers can fully leverage our Application Programming Interface (APIs), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) data exchanges, and Client Web Portal. You will play a key role in guiding clients through data integration, onboarding, and adoption, while helping internal teams translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements. The ideal candidate has prior experience collaborating directly with clients in data-driven environments such as logistics, marketing technology, or business services and thrives at the intersection of technology and customer success. Roles and Responsibilities - Serve as a trusted technical liaison for client engagements involving data transfer, APIs, and integration capabilities. - Act as the subject matter expert for customer data enablement, understanding client workflows and ensuring our offerings align with their operational and technical requirements. - Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Client Services teams to define, prioritize, and deliver customer-facing capabilities such as APIs, SFTP access, and the Client Web Portal. - Participate in client meetings, providing clear explanations of data processes, product capabilities, and integration options. - Conduct product demonstrations and internal knowledge sessions that showcase our data-driven capabilities. - Translate business and client needs into well-defined requirements and user stories that guide internal development. - Support client onboarding, testing, and troubleshooting for data integrations or API connectivity, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation, integration guides, and onboarding materials. - Provide insight into client trends and feedback and actively manage product roadmaps and inform priorities. - Travel occasionally for client visits, conferences, or onboarding sessions. Key Qualifications and Skills - Relevant experience: Demonstrated success in a client-facing or solutions-oriented role supporting technology-enabled products, integrations, or data services. - Technical acumen: Strong ability to understand and explain how systems, data flows, and integrations work and to translate that understanding into clear client and internal requirements. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts in accessible terms for both technical and business audiences. - Collaboration: Proven track record working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define and deliver client-driven solutions. - Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client technical needs, identify challenges, conduct competitive analysis, and coordinate effective resolutions. - Client engagement: Skilled at building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism. - Organization and prioritization: Capable of managing multiple clients, requests, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
