Quale sarà il tuo contributo in Akkodis? - Supportare la gestione delle soluzioni di sicurezza per reti OT, infrastrutture di produzione e sistemi di automazione. - Garantire conformità a standard internazionali di settore e best practice. Responsabilità principali: - Analisi del design di architetture OT in contesti Life Sciences. - Configurare e gestire soluzioni di sicurezza per l’accesso esterno e il traffico remoto (es. Zscaler) e per la segmentazione di rete (networks segmentation, DMZ, firewalling). - Implementare e gestire contesti di DevSecOps/Automation in ambienti containerizzati (Docker) e pipeline di sicurezza per il software di controllo. - Gestire la sicurezza dei sistemi di automazione (SCADA, ICS, BMS, PLC/RTU) e delle reti OT. - Condurre risk assessment, threat modeling e vulnerability management su ambienti OT/IT ibridi. - Garantire conformità a normative standard per la cybersicurezza ed eventuali requisiti regolatori del settore Life Sciences (es. GMP/21 CFR Part 11). - Presentazione studi di fattibilità e soluzioni ai stakeholder. - Supportare attività di change management, documentazione tecnica. Qualifications - Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o equivalente (preferibilmente con focus sulla sicurezza, reti e automazione). - Esperienza di almeno 3–5 anni in cybersecurity OT/ICS in contesti regolamentati (preferibilmente Life Sciences). - Comprensione solida dei componenti di rete (switch, router, firewall, VPN, NAT, DMZ, load balancer, segmentazione di rete) e del modello TCP/IP. - Esperienza pratica con uno o più dei seguenti strumenti: Zscaler, CyberArk, Docker, Next-Gen Firewall (es. Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point). - Esperienza con sistemi di automazione (SCADA, BMS) e con Operational Technologies Networks. - Capacità di leggere e interpretare architetture di sistema e diagrammi di rete/architettura. - Esperienza con sistemi di gestione documentale e/o gestione del cambiamento (change management); familiarità con ITIL o approcci simili è un plus. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1) e buona conoscenza della lingua italiana. - Buone capacità analitiche, problem solving, comunicazione efficace e capacità di lavorare in ambienti multi-disciplinari. Requirements - Certificazioni specifiche per il mondo Cyber. - Certificazioni professionali: CISSP, CISM, CCNA/CCNP o equivalente. - Conoscenza di base delle normative applicate al settore Life Sciences. We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Records Coordinator to join our Care Support team. The Medical Records Coordinator will be focused on records processing, including but not limited to sending out patient authorization forms, retrieving medical files, and facilitating form completion from members and providers. The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a basic understanding of HIPAA regulations surrounding member privacy and records release requests. This position will contribute to our success by providing non-clinical administrative support to our members and providers. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to extend or become permanent full-time based on performance and/or business needs. As a temporary (contract) position, this role is not eligible for any non-statutory benefits.
