• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier agreements, service agreements, technology agreements, marketing and affiliate agreements, payment provider agreements, partnerships, NDAs, and other business contracts • Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on commercial, corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters • Support the business on iGaming regulatory and licensing matters across multiple jurisdictions, including licence applications, renewals, and ongoing regulatory requirements • Research and monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on potential impacts and required business changes • Support corporate structuring, restructuring, M&A, and other strategic projects, including due diligence, corporate authorisations, transaction documentation, and implementation • Work closely with the Compliance and AML teams on legal and regulatory matters affecting the business • Support the review and implementation of internal policies, terms and conditions, privacy documentation, and other legal frameworks • Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, corporate service providers, and other professional advisors where required • Identify and manage legal risks while providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions

• Lead or supervise investigations involving: Multi-accounting, Account sharing, Identity abuse, Payment fraud, Bonus abuse, Bot activity, Automated gameplay, Exploitation of game mechanics, Match manipulation, Collusion between users, Coordinated abuse networks, Suspicious behavioural patterns, Abuse of promotions or platform features. • Conduct investigations using multiple data sources, behavioural analysis, transaction history, gameplay telemetry, device intelligence, and internal tooling. • Identify emerging fraud trends and new abuse methodologies. Recommend new detection rules and monitoring strategies. • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to improve automated detection capabilities. • Provide operational feedback that improves platform integrity and customer experience. • Produce regular reporting covering: Investigation volumes, Fraud trends, Operational KPIs, Detection performance, Emerging threats, Quality assurance findings, Team productivity, Risk exposure.

• Close and manage local influencers, hero ambassadors, and affiliates. • Build and oversee official in-house social and community accounts for key regions. • Coordinate and secure sponsorships for major live circuits, specifically targeting the Asian Poker Tournaments. • Work closely with the product team to localize the client. • Drive regional player acquisition via digital marketing, targeted PR, and micro-low stakes tournaments/freerolls tailored to local economies.

• Edit and repurpose poker content into new viral variations • Dub and localize content into assigned GEO language • Manage multiple social media accounts daily • Upload and schedule short form content across platforms • Organize and track content workflows • Monitor account performance and report progress • Follow account setup, warming, and security procedures • Improve content retention and engagement • Use AI tools for translation and workflow support • Assist with operational and administrative social media tasks

• Ability to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices. • Experience architecting distributed systems capable of handling high concurrency and real-time traffic. • Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-grade code. • Experience owning end-to-end feature development from design to deployment. • Ability to optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless releases. • Participation in code reviews and architectural discussions. • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.

• Support deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash game configurations, and in-client promotional mechanisms using internal poker room tools. • Assist with execution of marketing requests, including CRM activity, leaderboards, and other client-side promotional features. • Build working coverage across PRM tools and systems alongside existing owners. • Document operational workflows, setups, and configuration standards in an internal PRM wiki to reduce single-point knowledge dependencies. • Support monitoring and deployment across cash game formats, including specialist modes such as Short Deck and All-in or Fold. • Track competitor schedules, formats, and promotions to support ongoing improvements to the poker offering. • Assist with rollout and integration of new formats, features, and promotional mechanics as they are introduced. • Help coordinate promotion, schedule, and feature-related workstreams within the PRM planning cycle, improving visibility across timelines and dependencies. • Support maintenance of back-office configurations across tournaments, tickets, rake structures, blinds, and templates. • Identify configuration risks, setup gaps, and delivery dependencies early so they can be addressed before impacting releases.

• Own and drive the end-to-end security posture of all web, API, and infrastructure surfaces • Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities across frontend (web + Electron), backend services, and cloud infrastructure • Design and enforce security controls at the Cloudflare edge — WAF policies, bot mitigation rules, Turnstile integrations, and rate limiting strategies • Harden AWS environments: API Gateway, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and supporting services in line with least-privilege and zero-trust principles • Lead threat modelling sessions for new product features and flag security gaps before they reach production • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents — from Cloudflare firewall events and WAF alerts to SIEM-detected anomalies • Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments; triage and prioritise findings by business impact • Define and enforce HTTP security header policies (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy) across all domains • Build and maintain a DDoS response playbook; lead active mitigation during volumetric and application-layer attacks • Partner with engineering teams to embed secure coding practices and participate in code reviews for security-sensitive changes • Manage the responsible disclosure and bug bounty programme; triage external researcher reports • Produce clear security reports, risk registers, and executive briefings; track remediation SLAs • Stay current on emerging attack vectors, CVEs, and threat landscape changes relevant to online gaming and fintech platforms
