Role Description The Security Guard will assist Property Management with ensuring the safety and security of resident and authorized visitors. - Serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. - Verify all visitors before granting lobby access. - Use intercom to communicate with guests. - Announce all guests to residents when necessary. - Sign for and log all deliveries in BuildingLink. - Personally deliver packages to condos. - Food deliveries are handled directly by the delivery driver after resident confirmation. - Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. - Obtain help by sounding alarms. - Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures. - Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must be available to work Morning 7am-3pm, Evening 3pm-11pm, and overnight 11pm-7am. - Location: VA Beach. - Compensation: $17/hr.
