Role Description You will play a key part of the talented Documentation team, making a tangible impact on Form3’s growth and scalability. Technical documentation directly influences how easily our SaaS can be implemented and configured within client organisations and partners. - Support our current Technical Writer in creating and maintaining both new and existing documentation. - Ensure our materials evolve alongside our services, remaining best-in-class and user-friendly. - Deliver and maintain API documentation for a range of payment services, ensuring accuracy, clarity and ease of understanding. - Develop user-friendly technical documentation tailored to meet the needs of Form3’s internal and external stakeholders, including Product User Manuals, Technical Specifications and Technical Tutorials. - Lead new efficient knowledge management projects using AI tools ensuring technical documentation evolves alongside Form3’s Products and Services. - Maintain a centralised and organised repository, ensuring consistency and clarity across all technical documentation. - Stay informed about latest industry trends, regularly updating content and ensuring technical documentation evolves alongside Form3’s Products and Services. - Manage and maintain Postman collections and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, ensuring all endpoint definitions, request/response schemas remain synchronised with live docs. - Gather feedback to continuously refine and improve documentation, ensuring alignment with real-user technical requirements. - Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams, providing support for internal technical documentation needs and advocating for documentation best practices across the business. Qualifications - 1+ years’ experience writing technical documentation, specifically for APIs, cloud-based software or SaaS systems. - Proficient with documentation tools, such as Markdown, Swagger and Postman, and capable of creating high-quality materials for technical and non-technical audiences. - Comfortable with AI prompting and cursor, with an appetite to work with AI knowledge management tools. - Familiarity with Version Control Systems and Developer Platforms, including Git and GitHub. - Sound understanding of coding, APIs and Cloud-based architectures. - Exceptional attention to detail, with advanced skills in high-quality writing, proofreading and editing. - Fluency in written and spoken English (Native level or equivalent). - Excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously within a fast-paced environment. - Experience of managing stakeholders and building relationships within remote, cross-functional teams. The Technical Writer Intern is responsible for writing, reviewing, and editing content for the Source Intelligence Integrated Knowledge Center (SI IKC) to support Source Intelligence employees and customers with the use of our technology. You will work closely with the Learning and Development department, Source Academy, the Product team, and internal subject matter experts.
