MAKE AN IMPACT Role Description Experience : 6-12 Years Job Location : Bangalore/Chennai Notice Period: 0 -45 days JD: Role : Working knowledge of Pega platform Knowledge of Banking Payment Systems and/or Banking Domain. - Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats, payment schemes. - To undertake business analyst roles covering SDLC phases (requirements, specifications, test cases, and implementation) using AGILE methodology of delivery - Liaising with business teams, colleagues, third party vendor(s) & partner systems to formulate detailed requirements. - Interpreting user requirements and produce detailed documentation (including processes) to be used to communicate to technical and test teams - Producing high-level and detailed impact assessments to inform estimated effort for work packages - Writing, analyzing & reviewing high level test scenarios - Involvement in analysis & investigation of Production defects and Testing issues raised during project life cycle - Ability to walk-through Business Operations team the detailed requirements and the technical design to showcase the solution - Required to encourage best practices in the development of solutions and ensure delivery of qualitative and cost efficient system solutions - Expected to carry out knowledge sharing and training activities where required Key Skills - 3+ years of Payments Industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations in BFSI domain for large payments modernization/SEPA compliance, Real Time Payments, payments hub implementation projects - Strong experience on ISO 20022 (PAIN, PACS, CAMT, ADMI), SWIFT formats - Payments Schemes – Singapore, Hongkong, South Africa, US, UK, India • Products – ACI MTS and UPF is preferred. - Excellent communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions independently. - Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors and gain consensus and agreement. The analyst will collaborate closely with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant medication management workflows. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the subject matter expert for Epic Willow Inpatient, supporting medication ordering, verification, dispensing, and administration workflows. - Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient functionality, including: - Medication records and formularies - Order Sets and medication orders - Clinical decision support (alerts, warnings, hard stops) - Integration with MAR, Orders, and other Epic modules - Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives, including workflow design sessions and build validation. - Collaborate with inpatient pharmacy leadership, clinicians, nursing, and IT partners to gather requirements and translate them into Epic solutions. - Develop and execute unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT); document results and resolve defects. - Troubleshoot and resolve build and workflow issues related to inpatient pharmacy operations. - Support go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilization, including on‑call or at‑the‑elbow support as needed. - Maintain accurate documentation for build, workflows, and change management. - Ensure pharmacy workflows comply with organizational policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - Work closely with related Epic teams (e.g., Orders, ClinDoc, Willow Ambulatory, Interfaces, Reporting).
