Remote VA is seeking an experienced and strategic Head Recruiter to lead our recruitment team and drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this leadership role, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process that attracts top-tier candidates aligned with our company culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing mentorship and support to ensure high performance. - Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet company hiring goals. - Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify staffing needs and role requirements. - Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process. - Utilize applicant tracking systems and data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve processes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks. - Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to potential candidates. - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. - Manage recruitment budgets and optimize resource allocation. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment operations.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a senior recruiter or head of recruitment, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
