Responsibilities QA BCBA Job Description: - Competitive Pay. Remote schedule. Qualifications What you will do: - Conduct 15 IAs per year. - Conduct reviews on reports written by BCBAs to ensure compliance with ABA standards and insurance requirements. - Evaluate client performance based on data, graphs, and assessment reports. - Develops and assists with newly developed clinical needs and initiatives. - Provide training, support, and guidance for BCBAs. - Provide tech support with regards to Central Reach. - Communicate with the BCBAs respectfully and in a way that creates a supportive environment - Other duties as assigned. A day in the life: - Experience working and training individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA. - Experience working with cases funded by insurance - Experience with clinical quality assurance work - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Highly tech savvy - Works well in a collaborative environment and builds mutual trust and credibility at all levels of the organization - Ability to multi-task and prioritize - BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing - Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivated to achieve business goals Benefits What you will bring: - Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month. - LBA (if applicable) - Willing to have a background check - Excellent writing and verbal communication. - Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
