• Organize, define objectives, and lead cross functional teams to manage the Product Line and Roadmap based on market dynamics, client needs, and platform capabilities • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on product roadmap, operationalization of initiatives, and go-to-market plans • Define marketing and training materials for the product and ensure the product is represented accurately and positioned for success • Partner with Sales and Client Services as a subject matter expert, support client conversations, and help identify opportunities to grow revenue. • Accountable for the strategic product outlook, product roadmap planning, and ongoing product lifecycle management • Accountable for implementation of new product and program development processes and procedures, collaborating with a Project Managers and Client Engagement Specialists • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to support pricing analysis • Serve as a liaison across solution design, UX design, content, operations, technology and customers to gather requirements, document needs, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration • Build strong understanding of the product and marketplace dynamics • Lead cross-functional subject matter experts to identify opportunities and define business requirements • Drive change in the organization toward a scalable operating structure • Comply with Icario’s compliance and security policies, complete all required training, and safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Icario’s PHI and PII. • Additional duties as assigned • Embody Icario’s values
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience as a Product Manager (or closely related roles such as Product Operations, Business Analysis, Implementation, or Consulting with strong product ownership exposure)
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or MPH preferred
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management - new product development, pricing, marketing, product launch, implementation/training, and strategic planning principles of products in the healthcare industry for health plans
- Experience with platform product expansion in the Healthcare industry
- Self-motivated leader and problem solver who can own a process, lead, and motivate people comfortably through earned authority and excellent communication skills
- Experience presenting products to prospective and existing key clients
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change and rapid iterations associated with new product development and rapidly growing, newer companies
- External partner and vendor management experience
- Ability to work independently in undefined space
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
