• Define and evolve the long-term vision for Enterprise as a cornerstone of Fullscript’s clinical ecosystem. • Lead product development, from vendor integrations to intelligent recommendations. • Partner with Engineering, Clinical Science, Data, and GTM teams to launch offerings that advance proactive care. • Lead a high-performing team that can ship fast, think big, and learn quickly. • Establish KPIs that balance growth, reliability, and patient impact. • Operate as both strategist and builder, equally comfortable shaping vision and diving deep.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product experience with a record of launching and scaling complex platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience operating in the healthcare industry
  • Natural storyteller who connects business strategy to value.
  • Passion for the craft of product management, including discovery, delivery, and iteration.
  • Ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments with big goals and open problems.
  • Strong user experience (UX) instincts with a deep understanding of how to build intuitive, user-friendly products.
  • Operational fluency — you know how to scale product processes, improve team effectiveness, and bring structure to complex or ambiguous environments.

In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic direction and oversee the functional roadmap of the Operations Pod within our Salesforce platform. You’ll provide guidance and support to a team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers, while working closely with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable, impactful solutions. Compensation Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The salary for this position is $173,000 to $199,000 annually.
