As a Clinical Data Platform Product Manager, you will build and scale data systems that power an OS of revenue cycle applications. Your core focus will be FHIR and HL7 integrations with EHR systems that power real-time revenue cycle workflows. You will apply systems thinking to integrations with multiple large hospital systems. You will collaborate with implementation analysts, partners, engineering, and product teams to ensure data is acquired, normalized, and powering a suite of revenue cycle offerings. What you will do: - Lead project planning and execution by running meetings and guiding teams through high-quality plans and roadmaps that connect product vision to measurable progress. - Break down intricate data and integration challenges into actionable requirements that product, engineering, and data science teams can execute against. - Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify root causes, shape strategy, and drive alignment through clear communication. - Apply deep knowledge of integration standards and interoperability to guide an API-forward integrations platform. - Lead the product development process, working closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in product management or integrations in healthcare. - Strong familiarity with healthcare data standards and formats, such as HL7, FHIR, XML, and JSON. - Deep experience working with data platforms, AI/ML-driven systems, or highly technical products - SQL proficiency for data analysis, validation, and debugging. - Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments where prioritization, ownership, and adaptability are essential. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for both internal teams and external clients. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $96,600.00 - $176,956.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
